Description
AutoPod is a set of plug-ins for Adobe Premiere Pro designed for video podcast and video show editors. It automates repetitive editing tasks to save time, with tools for multi-camera editing, social clip creation, and jump-cut editing.
The Multi-Camera Editor is trained on thousands of hours of podcast footage to edit similarly to a human editor, taking into account who is speaking, the camera layout, and typical editing conventions. It supports common camera layouts with up to 10 speakers and requires separate audio tracks for each speaker to make editing decisions. The Jump Cut Editor removes silent portions, and the Social Clip Creator turns episodes into short clips.
AutoPod runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 or newer, with a separate DaVinci downloader also available. Licenses are tied to one computer at a time and can be switched, and a 30-day free trial is offered.
