Foreverse (also known as Xinmeng) is a mobile app that combines an AI fiction reader with tavern-style roleplay. It is built for long-form fiction rather than one-off prompts: readers can mark a passage, summon the AI in place, and continue the story where they point, with every direction becoming a new branch. Native-feeling page turns, worldbooks that follow the chapter, and in-book AI rewrites with undo keep the reading experience central.

Characters can live in four places, on the page, on a stage, at a table, or beside the reader as a companion, and support group chats, character cards, and worldbooks. A built-in AI agent with a set of skills can handle tasks across the reader's library, and companions support memory, calls, photos, and proactive messages. The app is compatible with SillyTavern-style character cards and presets for users migrating from that ecosystem.

Foreverse uses a bring-your-own-key model, connecting to more than 60 providers with keys kept on the device, and logs every API request with cost tracking and cache hits to save money.
