Description

GitLaw is an AI agent for contracts that lets businesses draft, review, redline, and sign legal agreements in one place. Built with a standards committee of practicing lawyers and trained on thousands of clauses, it acts like an extra team member that handles contract work end to end, from understanding a document to negotiating its terms.

GitLaw reviews any contract and flags risky or unusual terms, marks up documents with tracked changes highlighting what to negotiate, and benchmarks deals against market standards. It learns a user's standard terms and business context, drafts precise contracts from a library of over 1,000 lawyer-reviewed, open-source templates instead of hallucinating from scratch, and keeps full version history. It stores contracts, reminds users before renewals, and connects to email, 8,000+ apps via Zapier, and a public REST API. Free legally binding eSign is built in.

GitLaw offers a free plan with $5 of monthly AI credits, unlimited documents, and free sharing, plus Pro and Enterprise plans (from $20/month) that add more credits, audit logs, advanced team settings, SSO/SAML, and dedicated support. It is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, GDPR compliant, uses AES-256 encryption, and applies zero data retention with its AI provider.
