Description
runCLAUDErun is a native macOS application for scheduling and automating Claude Code tasks. Instead of manually running commands or configuring cron jobs, users create tasks in a graphical interface, specify a Claude Code command or prompt, and set a schedule so the work runs automatically in the background — even while away from the computer.
Tasks can run once, daily, weekly, or on custom intervals, and the app keeps a task history with logs and outputs from past runs. Anything Claude Code can do — code reviews, testing, documentation updates, security audits, dependency checks, report generation, and data analysis — can be scheduled. Everything runs locally on the Mac, so code and data stay on the machine, and the app supports all Claude Code commands and flags, including headless mode and configured hooks.
runCLAUDErun works with the official Claude Code CLI from Anthropic and requires an active Claude subscription plus Claude Code installed. It supports both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs on macOS 10.13 or later, updates automatically, and is completely free with no sign-up or account required.
