Traycer brings spec-first development to AI coding workflows, helping developers plan changes clearly and execute them with confidence. Instead of jumping straight to code, it creates planning artifacts — compact product and technical specs, implementation tickets, and reviews — that match the shape of your project, so agents implement work against a clear plan.

Traycer is a shared workspace that connects your agents, memories, conversations, and artifacts. You can bring the coding agents you already pay for — such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, OpenCode, and Cursor — and run them side by side, switching models mid-chat without losing context. Agents can communicate with each other to ask questions, request reviews, and hand off work, and every task has its own shared filesystem, artifacts, history, and working context.

The platform ships with reusable built-in workflows for planning, executing, debugging, reviewing, debating, documenting, and breaking work into tickets. It also supports multiplayer collaboration so humans and agents work in one shared space where teammates can inspect tasks, comment on artifacts, and steer work. Traycer is available as VS Code and Open VSX extensions and a Windows download, with a free tier and a 7-day Pro trial.
