Natively is a local-first AI assistant for technical interviews and meetings that runs entirely on your own device. It provides real-time coding interview help, live transcription, on-screen AI answers, and structured meeting notes, with the option to run fully offline and keep interview content on your machine.

The tool is flexible about where the AI runs. You can run it 100% locally through Ollama using models such as Llama, Mistral, and CodeLlama, connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Groq key (BYOK) and pay only per-token provider rates, or use a managed Natively API. It runs on macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows, with a Linux version in development, and works as an overlay on top of Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

Natively is resume- and job-description aware, so its suggestions are tailored to the role. It includes seven expert modes (personas) covering technical interviews, system design, behavioral questions, sales, recruiting, lectures, and more, each of which rewrites the AI's instruction set.
